Assemble in Sadao Police Station
3.00pm convoy leaves with Police escort to Hatyai
Welcoming party to greet all Malaysian participants with garland by the organisers at JB Hotel, Hatyai

Every participant will receive a jersey(Salaya Design), Water Bottle dan a Ceritficate of Participation.
For participants who do not wish to drive, transport arrangement can be made to take them together with their bicycles to Hatyai. All transport charges are to be borne by the participants themselves. This arrangement is subjected to the terms and conditions of the transport company.

JB Hotel is a Five Star hotel with 430 rooms. Normal room rates start from RM160-00. All participants get to enjoy a special discounted rate of RM83-00 per day for a superior room only for this jamboree event. The organisers have also made special arrangements for bicycle storage. 12 Jun 2010, Saturday: Air-conditioned coach with a tour guide has been arrange by the organisers to take the family members of all participants on a sightseeing tour around Hatyai.
